Returns Policy

First of all, we would like to specify that our main goal is your security. These policies have been created to make sure that the products we send you have never been used by someone else. In consideration of the intimate product nature in this boutique, it is impossible for us to exchange or pay back an item if the packaging is unsealed. If the item you receive has a defect, just contact us to explain the circumstances and the exchange possibility will be judged. 

In the case where we accept the exchange, you will have to send the item back and you pay the shipping fees so we will inspect it to approve the final exchange. If our team approves, the same product will be sent back with no extra charge. However, you could get the item back and pay the shipping fees. Lingerie and underwear are not exchangeable, neither refundable.

We would like to mention that our team carefully inspects all of our products before shipping them. In the case of a mistake and the item you receive does not correspond to the one you ordered, just communicate with us and we will send the right one without any charge. You also have to make sure that the packaging and each order's content have not been altered in any way. It has to be in its original case with the labels still on it.

There are no refunds, exchanges only with the presentation of the invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase on any garment with the label still attached. There are no exchanges or refunds on any lingerie type underwear (eg: boxer, panties, thong, etc.)

Final sale on all items on sale. No exchange or refund on all erotic lotions and accessories except for products already having a manufacturer’s warranty with a presentation of the invoice and in its original box.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
